The most honest and competent plumber we have encountered. Abundantly fair rates and 100% trustworthy. Can not recommend enough.
1. Had appt. at 1 pm. 12:40 had EMAIL appt. cancelled. Who checks emails constantly? Waited and waited. 2. Second appt. next day for 1 pm. Arrived at 11:30. No warning?? 3. Used a snake in my toilet - $25 on top of $180 for use of it. Does a carpenter charge for the use of his hammer? Understand other jobs can take longer - but not calling you?
You quoted $550 plus tax. Plumber replumbed drain (not at all sure that was necessary) and I was charged an additional $150 to work on sink drain. That is more than 25% increase. Mike changed drain, then changed it again. WE ARE NOT IMPRESSED. SINK DRAIN HAD NEVER BEEN A PROBLEM.
The only way I see these positive reviews is assuming that it’s family and friends. Both my friend and I along with a neighbour have had terrible experiences with whoever the woman is that tries to arrange the bookings. Unprofessional. Leaves you hanging. All promises but no delivery. Do not trust them. You just cannot rely on them so I can’t even imagine what the quality of the work would be like. Thanks for screwing us over and leading us on. You lost a lot of business among the group.
I highly recommend Compass Plumbing & Heating in the South Surrey and White Rock area. Dave Williams, the owner and operator, is prompt, reliable, professional and reasonable. Everything you want from a plumbing and heating specialist. I have absolutely no hesitation about recommending him to others.
