Right off main road and 101 so noise is a major issue all day and especially at night. Property mgmt does not upkeep or care about safety concerns with homeless living in area. I literally can’t take my garbage out as I don’t feel safe with the screaming homeless people in the dumpster areas and parking lot. Car got damaged in parking lot by workers and property mgmt did nothing. I would find another place to live for sure to anyone considering this place.
Lovely pool and surprisingly quiet despite being next to the freeway. I wish there were better bicycle protection and trees along Fair Oaks.
