I recently took my child here for an appointment and we saw Marie DeThomas for the first time * I requested any provider in order to be seen asap, my fault* Unfortunately, the experience was not as I’d hoped, she was very dismissive and quite rude, speaking to me like I was uneducated and did not know what my child needed. A close friend saw her once at a different pediatric office in Gordonsville and felt the same way. Please be more aware of how you make parents feel.
The staff and doctors are amazing, will not take my grandkids anywhere else. They truly care about the children and they really take the time to listen to your concerns
