Wonder if there updates anywhere on those retailers which has yet to operate? Carried 5 books wanting to return via the dropbox only to get disappointed!! If there isn't, it ought to be in place!! Called the customer service only to realize the library is only ready next year!
Horrible experience on security. Enquired on carpark system but ZERO knowledge and ZERO customer service. Asked every avail guards bumped into, all said "don't know" "don't know" and "don't know".... "Wayang" know. Power la the mgmt. Inexperienced guard agency, prefer previous agency as i knew them as friendly and informative. Spoiled mall image. Horrendous.
Who the hell builds a toilet door with handles in front of the toilet entrance, with no indication on the door? People kept walking past and backtracking to make sure that it is in fact the toilet entrance.. The handle is also super unhygienic.. If someone doesn't wash their hands, all the germs will be left on the handle.. And we have to open the door from the inside.. But seriously, why a door in the first place???

the cleaner just stand there & play hand phone..maybe they should be cleaning the floor & bins more often ..
Too many shops. Too hot. Too dirty. Too cramped. Nothing wrong earning revenue, just at the expense of space and asthetics. Miss the old compass point.
