Your carpark exiting is horrible. I am struck for 30-45mins and i cannot get out from b4 to b1. Please improve in the gantry exit.
Now jam in the car park for 0.5hrs still can't go out..
Compass One I think you failed terribly in emergency respond plan. Gantry at the carpark was down, passengers are stuck in the carpark for more then 1 hr. Jam stretches all the way till B3 leaving infants and old folks stuck in the jam. Your security guard stood at the only workable manual gantry asking every driver that was stuck in the jam to pay. So many food options and cold storage!! ❤️ Need I say more? Definitely better variety of tenants than the old compasspoint
