I applaud Compass One for having 5 lots reserved for Hybrid and Electric cars. However, every time I visit Compass one, all 5 lots are occupied by non Hybrid or Electric cars. Today, I managed to park in one of the reserved lots and I got a notice placed on my electric car telling me I shouldn't park there while all the other non-electric cars didn't get the same printed sign placed on their cars. Mega fail!
