They trashed my daughters belongings, tried to charge 3000.00 more because they decided they couldn't drive down a road to deliver to the address assigned. It goes on and on. Now we have to file a law-suit.

WORST company that I have ever dealt with in my life. DO NOT use them. They were no shows the first day they were supposed to pack and no phone call. The second day 4 packers were supposed to show but only 2 did. The next day they were supposed to load but the house wasn't finished packing. So the truck/loaders were at my house until 1.30 in the morning, and they still didn't finish. Because it was so late, the loaders were mad and cursing and not being careful. Everyone at Compass provided first class service: Chad found the best shipping option and timing for our modest sized household goods move and Liz did a great job keeping us on track with the paperwork and information. The pack out team of Warren and Mike was awesome! They did an amazing and efficient job tackling three flights of stairs on a hot day. Professional and personable, I have only good things to say about this team!
