I recently had my refinance done by Compass Mortgage, Inc. Overall, I was quite pleased with the experience. Zac Hederson and his team was very professional and communicative. Zac explained the process clearly and Todd was also giving weekly progress updates. The process was completed efficiently and the quality of the service was excellent. Had the pleasure of working with Compass twice now and both times they made it work for us. This time was tougher given my situation and Al Qasim put in all his efforts and resources to get my loan approved while other lenders had given me a cold shoulder. I was very pleased at the although the ride was rough but at the end of the day, Compass and Al Qasim made it happen! I would definitely recommend Compass and Al Qasim to my international friends who are looking to mortgage.
