Informed loan agent we were in a contract to purchase and on a time crunch to complete the bridge loan process due to the previous loan process falling though and rather then tell us immediately upfront what was needed we were told days after and items emailed multiple times and continuously told they weren’t received which was holding up the completion of the application. I used Darryl Richardson for two of my home purchases and one refinance. I don’t care how much he’s making, he needs a raise! He answers the phone anytime, i called him during the purchase of our first home at 10pm thinking i would just leave a voicemail and he would promptly call me back… nope! Darryl was on the other end and friendly as can be! He’s always been very warm and friendly and really makes you feel like you are all in it together! I can’t recommend him highly enough.
