Compass Mortgage is unprofessional and unreliable. They don't return calls, they don't communicate, and they clearly don't care about their customers. Everything about the process was a headache from start to finish. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere because Compass Mortgage will only cause stress and frustration. I recently had my refinance done by Compass Mortgage, Inc. Overall, I was quite pleased with the experience. Zac Hederson and his team was very professional and communicative. Zac explained the process clearly and Todd was also giving weekly progress updates. The process was completed efficiently and the quality of the service was excellent.
