The lady at the shipping office rude and annoying
I was in and out in two hours. If you wait in your truck, you have to disconnect despite what that other driver said there is an air conditioned truckers lounge I’ll post video
Horrible place
Loaded an hour late. no driver restroom, no driver lounge and makes you stand out in the heat. When they did load they were fast about but place needs improvements for driver comfort if they're going to make you leave your truck to be loaded. Making someone stand out in 90° heat with little shade the way they do is inhumane.
Drivers stay away from this location at all cost. The waiting times are ridiculous.Over 10 hours to get loaded. The short hair lady at shipping is the most disrespectful woman if she can be called a woman that I’ve ever seen. She’ll scream at you saying she doesn’t care what time your appointment is. AGAIN STAY AWAY. YA’LL HAVE BEEN WARNED
