Not quality care and rude nursing staff at best. Chatting and giggling at the desk rather than providing patient care.
I called Compass Memorial Healthcare to ask a few basic questions, but the representative Katie who answered was abrupt and hung up on me before I could finish explaining my situation. I was respectful throughout the call, and there was no clear reason for this behavior. It left me feeling dismissed and unsure where to turn for help. We had wonderful care at the ER today! From start to Finish! The staff were all very kind! We had very fast and personable care. My son had an unexpected surgery and Dr. Miller was amazing. Everything went great. Thank you compass for being a wonderful small town hospital. With great service! ❤️
Beware ER staff extremely judge-mental and snarky. Can’t think outside of the box. If you need a bandaid? great , but if you are any more complicated make the drive out of town.
