My husband and I have been a patient with this clinic since 2022. The NP Hayley is professional, friendly, empathetic and knowledgeable. She understands our request, explanation and can accurately point out what we need. We felt heard and listened to by her. We both had terrible experience with the NP Liane. Worst experience and worst family physician! I signed up with Dr. Victor Liao as my family physician but have never seen him in person. All care is handled by a nurse practitioner, which makes me question the purpose of being rostered to a doctor. I reported testicular pain and was told it was fine. Two months later, I was diagnosed with testicular cancer that had already spread to my lymph nodes. This kind of oversight is unacceptable. Compass Medical Clinic is a wonderful family medicine clinic. The staff are kind, organized, and always make you feel cared for. I really appreciate how thorough and supportive the team is. Highly recommend!
I have been this clinic and seen by a NP, her name is Liane, three time since my previous Doctor retired. Liane is nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Book an appointment on line is easy while waiting time, normally 2 weeks, is a bit long because the health care system in Canada is very slow. So far I am happy with this clinic and Thank you Liane.
