Probably saw my doctor twice in 5 years. Every other time it was a nurse. And even the nurse had very limited availability. Office will only communicate over email. They charge the max fee for doctor’s notes and follow- up notes, medical transfers etc.
This office is arrogant & has very little respect for anyone's complaint. A receptionist that obviously very comfortable with any inconvenience to me. I am now told they do mostly phone appointments. I think the board of doctors & surgeons be aware. After making an in person appointment & being told it was only a phone appointment??. I have to wonder why???

Our appointment was scheduled for 3:30 and 3:45 PM. Despite heavy rain and traffic, we left work three hours early to ensure we made it on time for our meet-and-greet appointment with the family doctor. We even sent an email ahead of time informing the clinic that we would be running late. At exactly 3:57 PM—just as we arrived in the parking lot—we received an email stating that we needed to reschedule.
