Contacted Compass Manufacturing International about a stainless-steel kitchen sink that has a ridge along the strainer on both sides that prevents the water from draining completely. After sending them pictures of the problem and some discussion a representative Jennifer Nash told me to "just wipe it out". Nothing more than they can do. I asked for a replacement and cost of plumber to remove and replace. A simple matter for them to remedy and make the customer happy.
Unless you're desperate for a job, this is not somewhere you want to work. Extremely poor management, racist and favoritism is a trend with workers. And the warehouse in the back is trash! Dirty, theres rats, spiders, snakes, and a lot of products have been sitting in the warehouse since 2007. The owners are extremely cheap and dont even try to take care of the building.
