I worked with Eddie during my recent home purchase, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was incredibly responsive, walked me through all the loan options, and helped me lock in a great rate. The entire process was smooth - from pre-approval to closing - and he always made time to answer my (many) questions. I just purchased a home with them and it was easier than I anticipated. The whole process from application to funding was a breeze. The loan officer and the processor were extremely responsive and had a high attention to detail. There were no hiccups and they kept us most up-to-date along the whole process. My mom recommended Compass Lending for a refi because she recently has done one for her house. Well, I have to give her the credit. She was right. My loan officer was Eddie and he was quick to answer and even replied to my email during weekends. Also, I was surprised that a little heads up on documents I needed to prepare beforehand really shortened the process.
