There are some not so nice, very risky Land owners out there with no info on there advertisements be careful. Compass Land USA was great. They were responsive informative and seem to do their homework so that we don’t have to worry. I was worried about buying Land this way, but everything was easy and I was assured of everything through the prompt responses and all the steps worked out like they said they would. I would definitely recommend this company. And now we have our own little piece of heaven - land that’s all ours!

I bought my parcel in Maricopa Arizona back in May of 2024. Since then it's been nothing but problems from county recording errors and now Compass Land sold off my account to a small LLC here in Arizona that doesn't have any account information for me to review. I'm being expected to pay payments to a company that has no website or legit accounting in place. Right now I feel like my money is being sent off with no record keeping.
