I bought my parcel in Maricopa Arizona back in May of 2024. Since then it's been nothing but problems from county recording errors and now Compass Land sold off my account to a small LLC here in Arizona that doesn't have any account information for me to review. I'm being expected to pay payments to a company that has no website or legit accounting in place. Right now I feel like my money is being sent off with no record keeping. I have been receiving weekly emails from CompassLand for nearly 6 months. While I haven’t purchased yet, they are very thorough in their information that comes with each property.
