I was with this agency for some time but found less expensive insurance elsewhere. Called them back to try to get auto insurance and certain circumstances made it difficult. He phoned and let me know that he had something set up but needed a few things. Called him back 4 times now (over the course of a couple weeks) and he has not returned any calls. Very disappointing.
