40 minutes waiting on the phone then had to hang up as couldn't get through to anyone and I have to get back to work. Seriously, what's the point of having a phone number if you don't pick up? You really need to invest more into adding staff and not cheeping out like this.
Marie O'Reilly was our nurse in clinic during a food challenge and she was excellent! She was kind and patient with our 10 month old baby and made us feel so safe and well looked after. I was super anxious but as soon as I met Marie she put me at ease with her caring nature and excellent ability. Dr Alan Ngyuen was our doctor and he was also wonderful. Very thorough and caring and so great with our baby. We highly recommend the clinic as a whole!
Outstanding experience every time. The team at Compass Immunology are incredibly professional, and the care provided by the clinicians is second to none. A special shout-out to the receptionists,they are always warm, organised and genuinely helpful, making every visit smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend Compass to anyone seeking exceptional allergy and immunology care.
The doctors were lovely and cared for me, the nursing staff were great and the receptionist was fantastic in scheduling ongoing appointments.
Extremely unprofessional experience — especially concerning for patients needing time-critical medical care. I am undergoing IVF treatment, so timing and reliability are absolutely crucial for me. Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic — and with Dr Perel — has been deeply disappointing and frankly unsafe. I attempted to switch my appointment to Telehealth out of consideration for immunocompromised patients, as my toddler was unwell. I spent over 40 minutes on hold trying to reach someone.
