Outstanding service and care - highly recommend
Dr Philip is a gem, so caring and thorough - absolutely deserves 5 stars. The admin-side of things I can't give as many stars though. It is so difficult to reach your team on the phone, and my experience isn't unique based on many other reviews. It's a credit to the specialists that you are so busy and have a decent rating on Google, despite the trouble getting through. Emails are also met with silence, with no response confirming receipt or noting the content of the email, so that is also a negative.
I have spent years with horrible dust and grass allergies where it was so bad I couldn’t leave the house if it was windy. I am now 9 months into my allergen immunotherapy and I haven’t had a major reaction since I started. This treatment is life changing.
Doctor friendly however after paying large consultation fee was only told what my grandchild was not allergic to rather than assisting with what he is allergic to in order to prevent major flareups. Had two more attendances at emergency department within three weeks of consultation. Total waste of money.
