Dr Ravi is fantastic. I've had a lifelong peanut allergy and was recently referred for retesting. Excellent communication skills and clearly explained everything to my spouse and I including management and use of epi pens for the first time. Highly recommend Dr Ravi and the Compass team
We saw Dr Phillip today! We had an extended consult with 2 panel tests on a very tired 15 year old who came out excited to give his allergens a try! He kept us abreast of all recent literature and updates, discussed the different aetiologies, presence and prognosis of my son's allergies. Dr Tan and the staff and Registrar at both the Greenslopes and Grange office are fantastic, supportive and understanding and go the extra mile to help out their clients. Dr Tan, his registrar and the compass team have been so helpful, and the medical care I have received has been a stand out among those I have sought care or support from, even just via referral, booking or pre-doctor enquiries. They are swamped! The contact times and availability has significantly improved quickly in line with what is high and increasing demand, which I am grateful for. I had a really positive experience with Dr Susan. She was reassuring, and took the time to explain everything clearly which made the whole process feel much more comfortable. I would happily recommend her to anyone needing allergy testing. I also had a great experience with the booking team, and Tiarne was especially helpful and so great to deal with throughout!
