Update… although their online booking system and triage is woeful, I did after some time, have a response. I’ve since seen Dr Ravi who is kind, understanding, thorough and professional. I’d recommend him.
It's not often that you have good caring staff & Doctors that really care . I found that at Compass Immunology & also at my Dermatologist’s who referred me. I would recommend them to everyone.
Brilliant doctors the worst customer service and admin staff. This business is uncontactable via email or phone. Do not bother! I have paid for my son’s immunotherapy 5 weeks ago and cannot get a hold of anyone to book in the first appointment. So disappointing as the doctor herself is amazing!
Waited over 2 months to get in to this place, finally a week before my appointment I called to confirm the fees of my appointment and it took over an HOUR to get through to someone only for them to tell me that my appointment had been canceled. They said they tried contacting me which I have no record of them calling me, messaging, voicemail or email.
