Have to wait ages on the phone to be mucked around each time jumping through multiple usless hoops to get a simple allergy test that no one else needs extra proof or referrals to do.
Have a referral to see you. Have tried multiple times to get through on phone and on hold over an hour each time, then transferred to a phone ringing which is never answered. This is my sixth attempt in a week. No way to book online, no way to email. Will have to go back to GP and pay to get a new referral to another provider who actually wants bookings
Extremely hard to get in contact with over the phone. I’ve been on hold multiple times for 20-30mins each time before giving up. Do better.
I've been really happy with my treatment with Doctor Merry. Sometimes treatment can take some time and you need to set your expectations. I feel supported and that I am on the correct treatment path.
