Michell is very knowledgeable in her area of work. She was able to move quickly on the property we needed to sell due to the need of having to relocate quickly due to a job offer. The pictures taken of the home and property showed off all the positives. In less than 24 hours we had a full offer bid, and closed less than 45 days later. Michelle was available to talk when needed, and stayed afoot on all happenings. Professional and friendly, a realtor that I will use again if I the need/want to sell/buy comes up in the future.
Emailed back and forth with Nancy on a rental home in the villages that she manages. We left expensive swimsuits in the bedroom and emailed her. She indicated that the cleaner mailed the suits to us but never arrived. I checked back several times but she couldn’t be bothered. Not courteous.
