I would strongly caution anyone considering renting from Allison Vencil. My friends experience was extremely frustrating from the moment she was given access to the property. She signed a lease for this property but never moved in and never brought a single belonging inside. Before moving in, she personally inspected the house and immediately noticed multiple issues. Martha Van Deventer is a fantastic. I called her about a property near my house and let her know that I had no intention of purchasing, but just wanted information. She took the time to answer my questions. I was impressed. So then I needed a real estate agent to purchase a lot and gave Martha a call. She explained everything and listened to our concerns. I will use her again in the future and would recommend her for any real estate needs.
