I couldn't have asked for a better experience selling my home! Martha was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. She is understanding, caring, incredibly smart, and extremely detail oriented. It was clear from the beginning that she genuinely cared about me and making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. What made the experience even better was her husband, Clay, who is also a realtor. He stepped in and helped with the same level of dedication and attention that Martha provided. It honestly felt like I... read more

I would strongly caution anyone considering renting from Allison Vencil. My friends experience was extremely frustrating from the moment she was given access to the property. Her responsiveness, local knowledge, and willingness to help have made every transaction much smoother. If you're looking for a ... read more

I just wanna say how great Martha was. She was great from the beginning to the end. I had to close from out of state and she made it seamless. Definitely recommend 10 out of 10.

Martha Van Deventer is a fantastic. I called her about a property near my house and let her know that I had no intention of purchasing, but just wanted information. She took the time to answer my questions. I was impressed. So then I needed a real estate agent to purchase a lot and gave Martha a call. She explained everything and listened to our concerns. I will use her again in the future and would recommend her for any real estate needs.
