I had a residential home air conditioner installed in 2010 from Compass Home Services. Ontario Air Systems is the Parent company as their vehicles would arrive when I phoned for service. I first seen Compass Home Services inside of Pickering Home Depot, and was enticed by the Trane product saying "nothing can stop a train." As my home needed a new air-conditioner as when I moved in, the one existing was not working. Soon after the air-conditioner has been installed by compass home services it begin to freeze up. My furnace broke Sunday night. I called Compass Monday morning and by 12 pm on Monday my furnace was fixed. It was covered under warrenty and was hassle free. Both the customer service rep and the repair man were amazing. I highly recommend this company!
