I was told to go to this place by the suicide prevention hotline. Told they had medical people who could evaluate and help me, and even take my Aetna insurance. All of this was a huge waste of time. I waited 4 and a half hours to basically be told they wouldn't do anything for me, and don't take Aetna either. So if you're suicidal, don't go here. If you like being jerked around and wasting your time, then go here.

Great staff - very caring and courteous. This is a great service in that they are available 24/7 (almost). The web site is misleading - there is not a doctor on staff 24/7! We had to come back the next day when the doctor would be available. Because we were 'returning' much of the initial intake paperwork would have to be redone. The web site should make it more clear that a physician is only available 9 hours per day (vs the 24 hours per the web site)>
