There is a button next to the front door you have to press to get buzzed into the building. It’s on the right side of the door. I hope this is helpful because past reviewers have said they couldn’t get access the building. I had a really great experience here. The process does take some time and you have to be patient. This place is a joke. It’s so frustrating. My husband began having seizures a couple years ago and at the beginning people kept telling us they were panic attacks and he was just stressed out. That it was all in his head. We went here during one of his seizures to get it ruled out as a panic attack and maybe have someone finally believe us. And both the therapist and the nurses were like oh well we were able to calm him down it’s definitely a panic attack. He just needs to breathe and stress less.
