Schedule appointment for one time and then when you get there it's conveniently been changed to 45 minutes later. They try to make you feel stupid like you're the one that screwed up the time! Would NOT recommend this place!
I saw Maria for about 6-8 months. Each visit got progressively worse. She couldn’t even remember my job, if I’m in school, or even the diagnosis she gave me. This time was my final straw. My appointments are never on time and this time it was an hour late and I just had to ask for my money back and leave. Maria is unprofessional and does not care about her clients. (Fingers crossed they actually give my money back)
Unprofessional place. Maria is rude & shows no personality. They had issues with their electronics when I went. Plus, didn’t relay proper information to me for a week. The nurse Tanya was nice, and there was one other nurse I liked (I think Amanda) but even the nurses seemed confused which I can’t blame them when their provider doesn’t communicate (: terrible compass health, no wonder it wasn’t busy I guess.
