Literally cancelled my appointment without notifying me. Then when I showed up using PTO to attend my appointment, wanted me to wait to see if there was a opening or call and reschedule a new appointment. Like it was my fault or something. No I should of been treated as priority and whoever cancelled my appointment should be fired. Definitely incompetent. Definitely irresponsible. Definitely disrespectful. Well first off they assume your going to need services without evaluating you personally so there's that smh so that seems to me since it was court ordered to be part of the systematic oppression and taxation from our overstepping controlling government then to top it off their website states that they're open until 8 pm which is in fact a lie so don't go there after work thinking your good to go because in fact they close at 5 smh upsetting to say the least
In January I had an appointment, my hygienist wanted me to come back in 3 months. They didn't have an appointment till May 1st. So she canceled my original appointment that was supposed to be in June. Now I get a message 2 week before my appointment that its canceled. I call right away to schedule and they have NOTHING till September. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. Error on them and I have to pay for it.
Gabby is the best assistant. Ashley is an amazing hygienist. And Dr invercion has been so helpful and nice and does a great job
So to start I will say that the people here are very nice. That being said once I'm finally done with my dental work that I have left to do I will not come back to location ever again. Over a month ago I come in for a chipped tooth which they decide needs to be a crown which is just fine. They finally get me in to put a temp crown in two weeks later. I have to wait for the permanent one to come in two weeks later. They call me the morning of the appt to say the crown hasn't come in so I would have to schedule a week later. A... read more
