I was involved in an auto accident and went to be evaluated. The Dr ordered MRI of my neck only. I was hurting from my head to my lower back. After the MRI the Dr came back saying that the bulged discs in my neck were from a previous incident. Bare in mind I didn't have any of these body ailments until after the auto accident. How could they have been from another earlier incident. It's hard finding quality healthcare in Columbia MO. MU is no better. I've got to go out of state for quality healthcare.

I cannot speak for anyone but myself. I honestly felt like the communication with the facility, was not very effective (at all). It was a headache even trying to get a hold of anyone to try and resolve my concern(s). I had to call like 3 times (literally 5 minutes after they called me and left a voicemail) before I was actually able to speak to someone who ‘attempted’ to help me. Everyone who works there is friendly and enthusiastic. Appointments are always on time. But, parking is limited.
