Called a Compass to speak with a nurse about being out of one of my psych meds that you are not supposed to stop suddenly. I asked to speak with my nurse that is assigned to my Dr. I was told that they are not able to transfer calls anymore and Christine asked how she could help me. I told her I would be more comfortable speaking to my nurse that I always go through. She reiterated that she cannot transfer the call. So I told her my situation about being out of one of my meds. This place is part of the reason why rural health care is so bad. It’s just another place that “follows” state guidelines. You can’t ever get a hold of the nurses or doctors and communication is terrible. Support staff is great. The doctors are the issue. Why I have to take my kid to a place to do a telehealth appointment doesn’t make sense to me. The communication is so bad they don’t respond until the end of the day and by then you’re scrambling. Go literally anywhere else

This place got me on the right meds they were awesome to me! Would recommend them to anyone that is bipolar.

I was referred to Compass earlier this year when I still lived in Warsaw. I was in a difficult situation, had quite a few physical and mental health issues, and I was in a terrible living situation. They set me up with a caseworker who was very helpful, personable, and compassionate. She helped me get the ball rolling to improving my situation and accessing various resources.
