Save your time and look elsewhere, impossible to get a hold of a nurse within your own location as there is a high turnover rate of staff and the phone numbers they give you lead to a general answering line. Doctors avoid patients and pass off to nurses who aren't even familiar with the client
I feel very confident with the care and support my son is getting here. All hands on deck feeling, everyone is polite, the dr is very educated and looks out for the best interest of my son. Highly recommend Susan.
Doctor Jaffri is the worst. He went on vacation and did not leave another doctor in charge of his patient's. The nurses did not believe I was out of my meds. Never got a refill. This has happened multiple times. My appointments get moved or change and then getting your prescription is impossible. You have to drive from the Odessa office to the Higginsville office and to your pharmacy only to be told they sent to request but with no response.
