This company provides exemplary medical equipment/products. After a very disappointing adventure with a Drive brand rollator walker, my medical supply company hooked me up with a Compass Health Brands ProBasic walker rollator which is a far superior piece of DME! This company is willing to work with you to provide the best medical equipment experience and the patience, professionalism and generosity provided is exemplary!
Phone tree is atrocious. Then when you think you picked the right one, YOU GET TO leave a message. I don't like that.
