Livia was incredible to work with. She was always available and knows everything there is to know about real estate and the cape! I could not recommend working with Livia more. She found us an incredible home and guided us through every step of the way. She made the whole process fun and easy and she has an incredible energy and is beyond competent. We couldn’t be happier!
My sister and I had a very limited time to find a place, and Livia and Vanessa kicked it into high gear and helped us get into our home at break-neck speed! One of the things we really appreciated was their reassurance that we could ask any questions without feeling silly, as this was our first time buying a house. Update - 06/2025 - It was a pleasure working with Livia (again) but this time as sellers. Livia did an amazing job helping us sell our property in Barnstable.
