Don’t waste your money that is all this doctor wants. 1 transfer, over 10 thousand dollars wasted just to be told by 3 new specialists that it was physically impossible for me to fall pregnant and the issues I had would have been visible leading up to and after my embryo transfer with compass during various procedures but they chose to ignore it all to drain more money out of us. GO TO GENEA! I wish I read the reviews before going ahead. My experience is that same as many others - they completely messed up my cycle resulting in me getting very very ill (2 full weeks off work). They bulk billed it quickly, suggesting to me that this happens frequently. Eggs are only collected one day per week, and as another commenter said, and this can have implications for your health and embryo quality. I'm taking my embryos to another clinic.

Unfortunately the clinic does not run well. The cycle monitoring is minimal and pick ups are jammed to fit the doctor's schedule. This greatly impacts the quality and quantity of the eggs as they are not retrieved at the best time causing devastating outcome.

Firstly, Kristi was lovely, knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely care. However the process from then on was horrible. This is a process that is hard, confusing and emotional and the staff are hopeless! They completely stuffed up so many things from sending me the wrong information, cancelling appointments 30 minutes prior.
