I was booked for an implantation in the morning. Unfortunately, I made the mistake to fly into Canberra same morning. My plane couldn't land and returned to originating airport. My (last) embryo was defrosted by then and Dr. Sides and Team were already booked for the afternoon. Completely my fault and the Team was well within their rights to not move forward with the implantation. This clinic is run terribly. No consistency, no clear directions. They expect you to know what you're in for. My Gynaecologist uses this company so I didn't think I had a choice. My first appt with a nurse was to explain the process etc. We had had all our tests and were ready to go. This was in March, only for them to tell us they had no dates for EPU surgeries until at least June! They only did EPU/ per week on a Friday and left dates open for those more high risk, have a higher BMI. Which was not me. They also manipulated... read more

Professional, courteous and very capable clinical and medical staff. Was referred from a friends who had a great result and outcome. Thrilled that I have a clear plan ahead and looking forward to a great outcome. Dr Sides is a star!!!!!

Don’t waste your money that is all this doctor wants. 1 transfer, over 10 thousand dollars wasted just to be told by 3 new specialists that it was physically impossible for me to fall pregnant and the issues I had would have been visible leading up to and after my embryo transfer with compass during various procedures but they chose to ignore it all to drain more money out of us.
