When i say I LOVE MY DR. AND HER ASSISTANT!!! Hands down Carlotta Bowden the best i have come in contact with. She is compassionate, she listens, she has an interest in listening, she goes above and beyond to make sure her patients are well taken care. Out of all my Dr's I must say she is BY FAR THE BEST and im glad I found her and her staff. I highly recommend her. Thank you sooooo much.
The lady who used to be the receptionist Debbie McClintock has always been very rude. But yesterday I had my appointment and now she is starting to be rude to my children.. I tried to inform the doctor Tessa Morrison, that Miss Debbie is always very rude but now she is starting to be rude to my children and Dr. Morrison completely ignored me. I will be trying to find another doctor's office for me and my children. Also the new receptionist man always seems to have an attitude at the front desk
I tried to make an appointment here for the first today and I know i can make an appointment for using with the insurance card information, but he said I have to provide him full social security number. ....why? so i made an appointment somewhere else
Dr. Tessa is GREAT, however.. Shane in the front is rude. For WEEKS, I called while Dr. Tessa was on maternity leave with no call back. I have proof from my AT&T account of these calls and have no problem showing it. Shane, basically told me that because I didn’t leave a voicemail it’s not their problem. WEEKS of calling and no call back but when Miss Debbie was in the front she ALWAYS called me back. After 5 years, I will be leaving the clinic. Terrible Terrible customer service. Tessa Morrison is very lovable. She has bien my Dr. For sometime now and I wouldn't change Dr.s for no love of money.
