UPDATE: 8/8/25: Just a fantastic place. My 3rd visit from an emergency extraction, cleaning and a cap. No waiting, very professional staff. Dr. Fana is experienced and pleasant to talk to. I was in Savannah for a long weekend when a terrible toothache in one of my wisdom teeth hit — on a Sunday, no less. By Monday morning it was screaming, and I needed immediate attention. Compass Dental is a great place to come and get your teeth looked at. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone . Everyone was nice and welcoming as soon as I walked through the door. My dental hygienist Mrs. Yvette was awesome at answering all my questions and concerns. Also has a great caring personality to make sure things went smoothly and comfortably. This office was beyond great.
Personally, I have never liked going to the dentist and can think of at least a thousand and one other things I would rather do. And yet, I have been going to Dr. Fana and Carla for years for my dental checkups and issues. They are always on time, professional, and communicate compassionately, which I do appreciate. Also, I have never been upsold on services that I did not need nor want. I originally found them via a recommendation on Reddit for locals, and I am so glad I gave them a go.
Just a very personable and delightful person to clean my teeth. We had a lot in common both loving plants.
