First time ever staying here not very impressed. Got here. The refrigerator was broken in the room didn’t have toilet paper, dish soap, or dish rags lights in the living room were all blown out. Had to wait on maintenance man and housekeeping for ever to get anything, elevators were down. I’ve stayed at cheaper Hotels with much better Experience then the one Ive had here.
We are here now. We are very disappointed. It took 3 times to get us into our room. They gave us the wrong room number the 1st time (it was already occupied!). Went back to front desk. 2nd time we got up here and keys wouldn't work. Back to front desk. They refused any type of discount for the issues. 3rd time we got in. Door had been left open and that's why we couldn't get in! Get in room.. only for there to be a text that water will be turned off due to leak. Im at a loss. Only good thing is the beach. This place is trash. No towels no toilet paper in the rooms. The front desk will argue about the smallest things. Half the elevators don’t work and the room is trash. Dirty sheets and stinks like smoke.
The hotel its self is clean and nice there are 2-3 buildings to stay in the pinnacle do not stay in!!! The elevators were broke and one of us got stuck in the other elevator! And the service if you ask for anything is horrible but the place itself is nice.
