We stayed at this hotel July 12th weekend. The hotel was nice enough but we had an incident that the management team does not want to handle apparently. I actually had 2 ladies trying to use the key card issued to them by the front office, come into our room!! Luckily, I was there, but that’s not right! NOONE should try to enter an occupied room! Room décor is a bit quirky. Mirrors all over the walls. Too many accessories (fake plants, etc.) Table and two chairs were too large for the room. Two people couldn't pass at the same time. Room had no shower curtain. Alerted front desk, who said they'd notify housekeeping. 4 days later when we left, still no shower curtain. A lot of towels on the floor. Housekeeping was non-existent, although they charge a DAILY HOUSEKEEPING FEE of $15.95 (plus 9% tax of course). The only housekeeping we saw was a person pushing a large car... read more
