We stayed at the resort last month and had an absolute awful experience. We have stayed many times before; however, I am assuming that they have changed owners or management since then because this visit was nothing like the others. We will certainly not be bringing our group here in the future. I gave the company several weeks to make things right, and they refused. This was my 6th time staying at Compass Cove and by far the worst room they've ever gave me. Rm 1169-The Pinnacle obviously belongs to someone else and or is being used for storage.(Pics are attached )No trash bags in trash cans( I always travel with my own ), dirty toilets, dusty furniture, no parking on site, alarm clock broken, busted outlets,bathroom sink stopped up and last but not least one on our storage closet was chained locked and had a lot of stuff in it so my guest and I were not able to use this much needed clos... read more
I stayed at this location for a Airbnb stay. And but hotel was great and well maintained. They had a variety of pools indoor and outdoor pools! There pools are open til 11 pm at night which I did enjoy. The only 2 complaints I have is that the main parking attached to the building is very small and crowded and not good for those who do not like tight spaces. And last thing is that 1 elevator was broken so it made a big difference and I had to wait on an elevator for 40 minutes.
