This is what you get for your luggage. The entry is awesome, that's it. They don't remodel or clean the rest.
We stayed at the resort last month and had an absolute awful experience. We have stayed many times before; however, I am assuming that they have changed owners or management since then because this visit was nothing like the others. We will certainly not be bringing our group here in the future. I gave the company several weeks to make things right, and they refused.
