Our experience with this ABA practice has been very difficult overall. While we had wonderful experiences with the clinicians themselves — they were caring, patient, and truly invested in our child’s progress — the challenges with the supervisory staff made the program unsustainable for our family. My kids have been with this facility for several years now. My son is about to graduate and we are sad he is leaving because everyone there has been patient,flexible and kind. My kids have come a LONG way since they 1st started. It takes time but it’s worth it.
I will say what other people have said, here - read the other reviews carefully - all of them. I don't know about other locations however this office has a massive lack of professionalism from the top down. The in-home staff act supportive, build trust with you and then get in to your private business and report things back to their superiors who then confront you. They don't take responsibility when they do things that are wrong - they just find a way to blame the family - and you and I both know how much families go throug... read more
