great, great, help in my life..... informative, great listener, encouraging, honest, and kind. Kristen was able to help me see things that I was doing that got in the way of my living the life that I wanted. I highly reccomend her to anyone wanting to improve their life.

I started seeing Kristen when she first opened her practice & she is so great! I have seen other counselors but she is great! She is always willing to work with my demanding schedule & if I am ever having to need to see her more than we usually have scheduled she will always try & work me in. Her office is so comfortable & her personality really helps make you feel comfortable so you can start opening up to her. I was referred to Kristen by a friend & I was hesitant at first to try therapy because I always felt that it would never benefit me. Boy was I WRONG!!!! I have seen Kristen for a few months and she has really helped me to be more confident and she is such a great person and therapist. She has a great location & a great office.Very comfortable and very trusting. I would recommend her to anyone.

I highly reccomend experiencing counsleing with Kristen Hartford at Compass Counseling. She is the very best counselor that I have ever met and I have been in couseling (on and Off) for nearly 20 years. I learned som much working with her not just about myself but about how to live differently with the other people in my life.
