Great Contractor – This is a fantastic licensed, bonded and union business doing work in the Illinois and Indiana region for many years. Received many awards for customer satisfaction and professional service and carries full warranties for work provided.
Above reviewer incorrect -- this is an EXCEPTIONAL contractor – Beg to differ with above reviewer - he doesn't know what he's talking about. This is an extremely competent , reliable, honest, and highly respected contractor. They have been around for years, and did outstanding work not only for me, but for five others that I recommended to Compass. Cannot do any better than Compass Concrete Maintenance in and around Chicago. (And, yes, they ARE licensed.)
Another Unlicensed Contractor – checked him out with city of chicago's 311 to see if he was licensed before calling him to come out & he wasn't licensed to do concrete work. I have come across quite a few on this site & decided to warn evryone on the ones that I have come across, before it is to late & somone gets burned by them
