From the very first contact on the phone the staff and management of Compass has gone the second mile for me. My first intake was up in Edmonton where they fit in my appointment with compassion and good listening ears. Closer to where we live, I go to the Red Deer clinic where they call me by name and recognize my voice on the phone. I would recommend this company and am glad for their kind assistance.
They insisted I go with Peace Naturals. Well, Peace Naturals doesn't deliver with Canada Post so I can't order from them. I tried transferring to Shoppers Drug Mart and I've been waiting for this doctor to confirm the prescription for over 2 weeks. I've been a patient for over 2 months and haven't ordered yet. Very disgusted.
My first time I visited the place I was warmly welcomed by the lovely front desk Secretary very helpful doctor was stern but accommodating got approved no problem would recommend to anyone who has disability issues. Thank you bye for now
