We have been customers off Compass for coming up on 5 years. If I could give them 10bstars I would. Jess, Ash and the team is so professional. Recently we have worked with them on installing reticulation as part of our pool renovation. We had numerous delays due to weather and Compass just kept working with us. We finally got it in this week. Thanks for your patience. We are so impressed as always with the excellent service from Compass. This is why we don’t trust anyone else but Compass.
Graham and Jordan were very kind to help me go through any questions that I had about the house I am just about to buy (and they had inspected.) I called them up from the report and they were so friendly and took their time to let me know of some of the terminology that I didn't understand - Customer service doesn't just stop with clients. - Great Attitude! Thank youuuuuuu
Even though I wasn't able to use their service due to timing constraints I really appreciate the communication, feedback and guidance from the Compass team. It's genuinely refreshing how knowledgeable the team are and the guidance given.
