I had a bathroom renovated by them last October. The tile on the bench seat in the shower pulled away within 6 months and the grout separated allowing water to get in to the bench. I contacted Scotty immediately and he promised to come repair it under warranty as soon as the condo became available after the rental season. I've been trying to contact him for the last month to schedule the warranty repair and he is not responding to my calls, text messages, Facebook direct messages, or emails. I cannot thank Scottie and Robert enough for making our house so beautiful. We purchased a very down trodden 1961 mid century modern home in need of bathrooms and a kitchen. Compass Builder services did a full renovation with a demolition of walls, removal of 1961 plaster, tubs, walls, everything, and then a stunning rebuild of 2 bathrooms and a kitchen was accomplished. Roof replaced February 2021. Good explanation by Owner/Contractor of what had to be done. Very Professional; good workers and excellent clean-up each day. Job completed in 2 days and Contractor followed up a week later to see if there were any problems (which there wasn't). Would highly recommend this Company for Roofing & all types of Home Improvements.
