Very poor customer service. The older lady who is there makes a lot of mistakes and really doesn’t do much to help. I think they can improve in their customer service.
I would give them a 0 star if i could! We loved this bank in dallas but we recently moved to granbury and the customer service is terrible along with the rude manager. I never had not 1 issue with anything until we used this location.
