Great customer service-personal banker If you are looking for a personal banker extraordinaire you'll find no one better than Sean. He will bend over backwards to help, and if you can believe this he will call you by your first name when you come in the bank.This is also the most efficient bank I have ever seen, and never crowded, even on Saturday!
Free ATM's I love that you can use any ATM and not get charged fees by Compass Bank. That really is great. I wish that the ATM for this location wasn't inside the bank. People with kids do not want to have to bring the kids into the bank just to use the ATM. I found the drive thru to be really slow at this location.
