The woman is extremely rude and talks down to you. She made a lot of rude comments during the whole appointment and has no respect for Veterans especially those who didn't serve as many years as she did. The woman and her male colleague were over 30 minutes late to the appointment and upon arrival said she decided to go out for breakfast. There was a waiting room full of people at this time. They made fun of us during the whole appointment and were completely unprofessional. They were not prepared at all for our appointment ... read more

Very friendly staff.
This woman is so rude that we walked out of the office. She has no respect for veterans and thinks she can talk down to people. She better learn how to not be sarcastic to people.
