I used CompanyCam to store and manage photos for my roofing company, Allied Roofing & Construction. When I signed up, I was told that I could cancel at any time. However, when I tried to cancel, I was informed that the remaining amount I had already paid was nonrefundable. CompanyCam is keeping approximately eight months’ worth of payments even though I will no longer be using the service. CompanyCam is not acknowledging my request for data deletion. Process it immediately. This email was sent to Sara Horner and she needs to follow up with it and complete the action. I won't stop until your acknowledgement. I would not recommend CompanyCam to anyone who requires safeguarding and storage of photos for work.
I have been using CompanyCam for over a year now and recently had the pleasure of speaking to Marshall T at CompanyCam. What amazing customer service. I learned so much from his follow up call and now I'm even more excited. He got me up and running on the new marketing suite and let me say it is absolutely the coolest thing ever. I have no doubt it will benefit my business company and save me loads of time. Thank you Marshall for the great customer service and I look forward to being a long term CompanyCam customer.
