This program used to be amazing just what we needed, great pricing, and awesome customer support. Now they are so overpriced for what they offer. They try to implement features no one is asking for. I'm sad to say, we're just going to have to look for other options. They just joined the list of other platforms that were so great for us business owners and our businesses, to being overpriced filled with so many unnecessary features and a customer support team that is sales focused vs providing a service. I've used CompanyCam for 5+ years. Over time it has gotten more and more expensive as they have drifted from being a photo tool into being payments, contracts, reports, and other frivolous things. All the while the user interface has been ignored. Now they are raising rates yet again. And God help you if you want your photos. Their business model is hostage taking. Your photos are the hostage. I signed up for CompanyCam and paid for the entire year upfront. After using it, I realized pretty quickly that the app just wasn’t a good fit for my business. I personally didn’t like the platform, and the volume of emails I received from them was overwhelming. In total, I probably used the app for less than two hours and didn’t even go through the full training because I knew early on it wasn’t something I wanted to continue with.
