Was paying ~$150/mth for about 6 months to be able to do the AI walkthrough notes. Software is janky/glitchy - the outputs were severely lacking. Total waste of money.
S***** company. I really enjoyed them for a while but then they ripped me off and won't refund my money. Even though they barely charged me on the 1st which they were closed and then I contacted them on a second to get my money back and they won't give it back even though I'm not going to use the app for this month. They must be hurting for money because there's no reason why they shouldn't refund the money that they took from me. We've been using CompanyCam for two years now and I've worked directly with them to handle customer support issues and every part of my experience has been exceptional. The product they created helps us add clarity to our projects and everyone has always been polite and focused on helping us anyway they can.

Taking the pictures is not the issue they have zero support if you have a problem, its all through AI and email you will not get a person to contact to walk you through if you have an issue. Keep that in mind of your thinking of using this program.
