This has ended up being the worst experience I’ve had buying a used vehicle ever. I’ve owned the car for approximately 3000kms now. I’ll try to keep this short, but this has been 3 months of nightmares and has ended up on a completely useless paperweight of a car. Early July flew out to Kelowna from Alberta to buy a car that I had already inquired about. Bought a 2022 SUV from Noal. He was FABULOUS to deal with. He was on top of getting our financing in order and the SUV was brought from Vancouver in very short amount of time. They are all super friendly in a very genuine way, you can tell they care about the customer service they provide. I give them a 10/10!!! I recently purchased a used car ( like New) through Company of Cars, Kelowna. Living in the Kootenay's meant negotiating over the phone and through texts. The process was positive especially working with Noal. He was not only helpful, he was patient and responsive with no pressure. The car was delivered from Vancouver in a timely manner and it was exactly as promised. I've since had the opportunity to take it on a road trip and I loved it!
