They should not be managing properties that house older people . It's on the border of being abusive.
Worst community ever. Maint. don't s lol eek english. No communication. They use company property,tools and time to work on private boat making lots of noise office doesn't answer ppl hone or return calls. We don't have water yet they're sure wash from offices. No water for 5 hrs this Monday. No pool or workout areas. Threatened 50$ fine if don't take lights off porch, yet girl living here and working front office has cluttered porch. No respect. I live in Willow Woods Apts in Radford Va. When I first moved here it was great. Since then,this place has really went downhill. The management is a joke. I've went without hot water for 2 days because I try calling the office and the voicemail is full and can't leave a message and then I tried calling emergency maintenance and that phone doesn't except any calls. I pay full rent here and it's not fair.The pool has been closed all year which makes no sense when all the other pools were open. They can't keep no management in ... read more
Absolutely worthless company! All they care about is money!! Property managers come and go, maintenance is just as worthless. If anything breaks it's your fault no matter what! Drug deals, fights and even murder have happened in my complex. I've been waiting for 6 yrs to speak to the president of the company, and yet have been ignored.
