I'm beyond impressed how Conrad helped me through a very difficult time of putting down our Shepherd. His tone, compassion and sensitivity was so important to me. He's definitely at the perfect job . Also, Dr. Sam from Albany's Lake County was amazing. He was so patient with my family and truly an angel. I can't express my sincere appreciation of them both. I can't thank you both enough! Mara

I lost both my therapy dogs Marley and Cooper in a house fire. I wasn’t able to get them out for a week. When I called Conrad was so kind. So supportive. This was a big trauma, and completely broke me. Conrad told me he couldn’t guarantee paw prints but that he’d try. The urns are beautiful. And I cried for a while when I opened their bag and saw the paw prints. I will never forget the care, compassion and love they treated me with. If you're looking for the right place to cremate your companion animal, please read this. Upon first discovering this place, I was suspicious—nothing but perfect 5 star ratings? Well, I can see that Companions Forever is just THAT good a business, from my first impression speaking with Conrad, all the way to retrieving my soul-cat's ashes.
