They were amazing
Almost $800 for the service and they can't even get the picture of our dog correct, then they asked if we would like another copy of the screwed up picture, very disappointed, and this is not the memory we wanted.
Our precious Ellie suddenly and unexpectedly passed away early Sat morning. We found Companions Forever on line. It was an hr drive from our home. We made the drive. Conrad was so nice, compassionate and helpful. We were still in shock and he was very understanding of that. We have only 4 cats left now. We have decided that when the sad time comes for each and every one of them we will bring them here.
Conrad was very helpful with us. He was very polite. He held our baby girl for us until we could get the rest of what we owed him to him. He was so understanding and gave us time to say our last goodbyes. I would recommend anyone that loses a pet and wants them cremated to go to him. He told us how he started doing what he does.
