I lost both my therapy dogs Marley and Cooper in a house fire. I wasn’t able to get them out for a week. When I called Conrad was so kind. So supportive. This was a big trauma, and completely broke me. Conrad told me he couldn’t guarantee paw prints but that he’d try. The urns are beautiful. If you're looking for the right place to cremate your companion animal, please read this. Upon first discovering this place, I was suspicious—nothing but perfect 5 star ratings? Well, I can see that Companions Forever is just THAT good a business, from my first impression speaking with Conrad, all the way to retrieving my soul-cat's ashes. My Zeus had bone cancer and it was his time to go. Originally I was going to schedule with a different company I had used in the past. Unfortunately, my experience with them this time was not great due to their lack of communication. Right off the bat communication was great with Conrad! I felt we were cared about. I had asked that Dr. Sam be the one to come to my home for the euthanasia. He was wonderful once again. He even remembered coming here for my dog deuce 3 years ago.
