Loved this vet until today!!!!! Came to have my senior dog examined to be humanely euthanized. He has not eaten in over a week, unable to walk and in very unstable condition. The receptionist/tech met me at the door to turn me around asking me to COME BACK MONDAY because she has “ already missed half of her baby’s game”! No regard for the job she has chosen or the pain my bby was in smh. Just a clear disregard for the situation in totality. They help me a lot with my puppy
I came in at 12:48 to pick up my dog flea pill. The lady told to sign the paper and sit down. She was back there cussing and talking about others customers pet. I miss the other staff members that used work there. Dr. Smith is an awesome veterinarian but his staff is not professional.
