We've been coming here since 2018 and all of our experiences have been positive. Whenever we've had emergencies they've managed to squeeze us in, and even my old boy who has a big fear of vets from a bad experience is alright here. He even took a treat from the vet last time he was there which he hasn't ever done before!
The staff here at this clinic are simply the best. Dr Laura, all I can say is thank you. Her calm assessment and advice, her compassion and understanding makes her one of the best. Thank you from myself and Bear.
My partner recived a call back about some informatikn she was after which wasnt the issue........the issue is the fact the person on the phone to my partner thought they had some god given right to black mail my wife into taking down the 1 star review i left a few months ago and telling her that if it isnt taken down that maybe its best we find another vet to care for our dog (in a very rude and condisending manner) So yes we will be finding somwhere else to go and suggest everyone else does that same thing Ps. I truly can’t express my gratitude enough to Dr. Karl Anders. He was absolutely incredible, taking the time to gently talk us through all of our options and supporting us every step of the way. He made a very stressful situation feel much more manageable, and we’re so thankful for his genuine care and compassion!!
